    New Features

    • Envelope ID: Display Envelope ID on each page of the document based on the setting.

    Enhancements

    • Document Encryption: Implement AES-256 encryption for document security.
    • Signature Encryption: Implement RSA-2048 encryption for signatures.
    • Audit Log Enhancements: Add IP addresses to the audit log.

    Bug Fixes

    • Document Status: Fixed an issue where the final document audit trail page incorrectly showed the document status as “Draft”.
    • Essential Plan Workspace: Resolved a bug where Checkbox and Radio Button placeholders were not displayed for users with the Essential plan when creating documents in other workspaces.
    • Audit History Status: Corrected the audit history status to display “Signed” instead of “Completed” when the document owner signs first and there are multiple signers.

    New Features

    • Google Re-Captcha: Added Google Re-Captcha to enhance security by verifying human interaction during signup.
    • Indian Pricing Available: Introduced pricing plans tailored specifically for Indian customers, enabling seamless local transactions.

    Enhancements

    • SVG Support for Signature and Stamp: The application now accepts all types of SVG files for signatures and stamps, instead of only specific formats.
    • Phone Number and Region: Users must now provide a valid phone number and select a region during signup to ensure accurate account details.
    • Invoice Format Changes: Updated the invoice layout for better clarity and alignment with new standards.
    • Plan Name Change: Renamed the “Basic” plan to “Essential” for consistency and better plan differentiation.
    • UI Improvements: Enhanced the user interface for a more intuitive and visually appealing experience.

    Bug Fixes

    • Self-Signed Date Placefield on Document: Fixed the issue where the date placefield was automatically self-signed for logged-in users when using templates, based on specific conditions.
    • Zero Amount Invoice for New Signup: Generate an invoice with an amount of 0 for newly signed-up user.
    • Welcome Mail on Google Sign-In: Fixed the bug where users did not receive welcome emails signing in with Google.

    What’s New?

    New Features

    • Template Menu: Templates can be reused for multiple signatures, saving time and effort. Users can now create up to 3 custom templates (Standard Plan) to streamline the signature process.
    • User Directory: Enhanced user management capabilities. Users can now view and manage all users within their plan.
      User can remove workspace team member access from specific workspace or globally across all workspaces with a single click.

    Enhancements

    • Users can now resend signature requests to specific recipients.
    • The “Documents” menu now includes a section to view documents that have been declined.
    • The invoice format has been updated for improved clarity and readability.

    Bug Fixes

    • The name of the signed, completed document showing the original document name.
    • The email subject for signature requests now correctly reflects the subject entered in the signature wizard, rather than using the document name.

    What’s New?

    New Features

    • Brand Management :
      Available for Standard Plan and above. This feature enables you to customize your branding by uploading a brand logo and name. Your branding will be applied to documents sent for signature and workspace invitations. Once enabled, your branding will reflect across all emails within your workspace.

    Enhancements

    • Users on the Basic plan can now upload up to 5 documents per month.
    • An annual subscription option is now available.
    • Users can apply discount coupons during the plan upgrade process.
    • Users upgrading to an annual plan will only pay for the remaining months of their subscription when purchasing additional licenses.
    • The final document file name is now encoded using a specific format to match the email subject provided by the sender.
    • Radio button and checkbox placement fields are now visible only to users on the Standard plan or higher.
    • The email footer for SignBulb has been updated to include download links for the Play Store and App Store.

    Bug Fixes

    • When a delegate declines a document, the delegator will now receive a notification email.
    • Customers not associated with SignBulb may encounter issues when accepting workspace invitations, which has now been addressed.
    • Fixed an issue where the document owner’s name was incorrectly displayed in void emails and audit history when an admin voids a document.

      The ability to retract or cancel documents till the document completion. With this feature, you can now easily retract or cancel any document that has been sent out for signatures. Whether it is a wrong signer or approver or a change in circumstances, this functionality provides you with greater control and flexibility, ensuring that you can manage your documents with confidence.
    • Delegate for signature :
      With this update, you can now track the progress of your documents at every step of the signing process. Whether it’s been viewed, signed, or awaiting action, you’ll have complete visibility into your document’s status, ensuring a smoother and more transparent workflow.
    • Alias :
      Standard Plan and above will have this feature, This feature allows you to create alternate identities for signing documents, providing enhanced flexibility, professionalism, and convenience. With Alias, you can easily switch between different signing profiles, ensuring the right identity is used for each context.

    Preview screen added

    • User can now preview the document before signing or sending it, allowing user to check the layout, formatting, and placement of all the fields.
    • Improved user experience by displaying the selected placefields for the selected signer in a preview screen.

    Radio button new Placefield

    • Now, user can conveniently add new placefield using radio buttons, simplifying the signing process for everyone.
    • This new feature ensures all the placefields are clearly defined and organized, leading to a more streamlined signing experience.

    Signature format screen shows all signatures including uploaded image signature

    • User can choose from their previously uploaded signatures for a more consistent and personalized signing experience.

    Upload documents within workspace

    • Upload and store documents directly within the workspace. Access and actions (view, edit, etc.) on these documents depend on the individual’s role within the team.
    • This feature keeps everything organized and easily accessible, making the signing process more efficient.
